My name is James Priaulx and my son is Daniel. We will call in qualified electricians and plumbers when required, because we don't do shonky jobs. Because there are two of us, we can be in two different places at the same time! If you own investment properties in these areas we can handle all your maintenance work to keep you and your tenants happy. You wont have to wait forever to get the job done. We cover all areas in the Adelaide Hills; from Crafers through to Murray Bridge; Strathalbyn, Macclesfield and from Uraidla to Lobethal. Our hourly rates are reasonable. If it leaks, is cracked or broken - or just looks daggy we can fix it, squeaks, paint it or replace it when necessary. We do timberwork and carpentry, concreting, metalwork and welding. We can tackle all those jobs that you don't have time to do. We can add a new deck, pergola, erect a carport, pave an area, shed or a fence. No job is too small! We'll fix the leaky taps and non flushing loos, windows, repair damage to doors, fly screens etc with the same care and attention that we give to creating your flash new outdoor entertaining area. We are a father and son team who both take pride in our work and we will treat you and your property with the utmost respect whether the job is big or small.
